Georgian Town House, Knaresborough

This involved new wiring; loft conservation and conversion; new bathrooms and central heating boilers; new windows; a new floor and additional bedroom; an out-house conversion to playroom and utility; roof lights; roofing; chimney rebuild and the installation of a wood burning stove; decoration, and flooring.
Timescale 15 weeks.

Shop Renovation, Wetherby

Virtually untouched for many years, this shop needed a complete strip; wall pinning and damp proofing; a new shop front; new staircase; new floors ground and first; new wiring; toilet and washroom; insulation; plastering; decoration.
Timescale 16 weeks.

Cottage Renovation, Sicklinghall

The cottage needed a complete strip, tanking and damp proof course; new drains; new floors and ceilings; insulation; a new bathroom and kitchen; refurbishment of bedrooms; windows, plastering and wiring, central heating; decoration; flooring, and landscaping.
Timescale 12 weeks

Conservatory Renovation, Pateley Bridge

This project involved replacing the glazing in the roof and repair to flashing and woodwork; decoration throughout. It also involved a new kitchen, internal walls were removed; plastering wiring; decoration, inside and out.
Timescale 6 weeks.

Installation of Solar Panels, Wetherby

Installation of new pressurised heating cylinder and gas boiler and incorporating new roof-mounted solar panels.
Timescale 1 week

New Kitchen, Boston Spa

Rip out old kitchen and install a new one, including new electrics and plumbing.
Timescale 2 weeks.

Mews Cottage Renovation, Boston Spa

This was a complete refit that involved new wiring, plumbing and central heating; a new bathroom and kitchen; conservatory roof; a garage conversion to utility and garden room. Flooring, decoration, tiling and landscaping.
