Owned and managed by Charlie Kay, House Works (Yorkshire) Ltd is a small, friendly building business specialising in property renovation, alteration and extension.

We provide a comprehensive building service, from initial discussions and proposals, through building regulations, to the end fit, allowing you peace of mind and ensuring your project delivers everything you want, with minimal disruption.

All work is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance and conforms to British Standards. All electrical work is carried out to Part P Certification and all plumbing carried out by Corgi/Gas Safe registered plumbers according to current Building Regulations.
